If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 20 calendar days to request return an item from the date you received it. Please wait for your reply before returning any items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging and securely package to prevent any damage being incurred during the return trip through the postal system.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item, with photographs, if required.
Should the item be damaged due to negligent return packaging, the cost of damage will be deducted from your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on PayPal transaction times.
Refunds will not be accepted on custom made orders (this does not apply to customization of ink colors or stone colors). A custom made order is here defined as a wholly new design created from scratch at the request of the client.
Sale items / Discount coupon
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and items bought using a discount coupon cannot be refunded.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
* Items that are abandoned at customs or were unable to be delivered will not be granted a refund.
Returns incur additional charges which will be for your account, these will be communicated to you once the return request is logged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are proven defective. In this event, send us an email at ing@ingeriedeljewellery.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Returns must be accompanied by a valid tracking number, which is to be communicated to us via our online store or email. Lost or stolen parcels are not within our control, so we recommend using reputable couriers for your returns.
