I endeavour to ship out all orders within 2-3 working days after they have been completed.
Please note that items sold on made-to-order basis or on back order, will have a minimum manufacture time of 1 week.
NB: During sales periods and festive seasons, when there are multiple orders received ina short time period, orders will be made in sequence of when they were placed, ie first come first to be made. During these times manufacturing time expectations will be communicated with you
I package all my jewelry creations as securely as possible for the safest possible shipping, using bubble wrap, gift boxes and/ or padded envelopes. I will communicate any delays to parcels being sent out.
Delivery Options
All orders under $250 are subject to a flat rate fee which is calculated during checkout for DHL courier, or $19 for Tunl/UPS clients (USA only option).
Delivery by Tunl/UPS courier
All orders over $250 will be shipped for free using Tunl/UPS international couriers when going to the USA.
Tunl/UPS services usually deliver within 14-21 working days, provided customs in the USA does not slow the parcel down – which is not in my control. All required documentation and information is provided to the couriers to assist in a speedy delivery. There is a 500g weight limit on parcels sent by this option. Any customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
DHL Courier Shipping
This shipping option makes use of a courier service (DHL) to deliver the parcel. You will receive a tracking number which is generally traceable up until delivery. Your contact telephone number is required with this option for the courier service to be able to keep you up to date on delivery dates. Parcels are usually delivered within 5-10 working days. The weight limit on this shipping option is 500g. For heavier parcels please contact me for rates. Shipping will be combined for multiple items in the same order. Any customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
